From traditional painters in the 1930’s our skills and people have grown.

Today we have skilled managers in engineering, quantity surveying, materials knowledge, application methods, health and safety, accounting and site management to lead our trained workforce.

Many of our people have long service with the firm and that’s why we have people who can hang specialist papers, apply intricate coatings, prepare and coat railway structures, design and build work/access platforms or refurbish an office or factory ready for the next tenant to move in.

People make our business and we are constantly training our employees and adding new skills to meet the demands of new materials, project challenges, health and safety working needs.

Each year we recruit apprentices who work through a training programme of company and external training to attain certified levels of achievement and competence.

Existing employees receive training in new materials, new working methods and new skills to constantly up skill our people for the future.
